Refund Policy
Plain language, no fine print tricks.
The short version
- 7-day free trial. Every new account starts with one. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel anytime before it ends and nothing is ever charged.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel in the app or by email; your plan stays active to the end of the paid period and does not renew after that.
- First-charge refund window. If a charge surprises you, ask within 7 days of your first charge and we refund that first charge in full.
How to ask for a refund
Email refunds@dashahq.com (or reply to any of your trial emails) from your account address. Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Charges after the first one
Renewal charges are considered for a full refund on request within 7 days of the charge as a matter of goodwill. Repeated refund abuse may be declined.
What this covers
Subscription charges only. DashaHQ is an entertainment product; reading content is subjective, and within the windows above a refund request does not require any further justification.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights you have under applicable law, including in India and the EEA/UK.
