These terms govern your use of DashaHQ, a daily “business seasons” reading built on Vedic-astrology calculations. By creating an account you agree to them.

What DashaHQ is

DashaHQ computes a Vedic birth chart from your birth data and sends you a short daily reading about the symbolic “season” of the period — drawn from dashas, panchanga, and transits. The service is offered for entertainment and self-reflection only. Readings describe reflective themes of a period; they are not predictions, advice, or instructions, and no outcome is assured by anything a reading says. See our Entertainment Disclaimer.

Who can use DashaHQ

You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person, with accurate sign-up information.

Accounts and sessions

Sign-in works by email: we send a six-digit code and your browser keeps a single HttpOnly session cookie. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at legal@dashahq.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Trials, plans, and billing

• Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial.
• Paid plans are weekly (US$9.99 per week) and annual (US$69.99 per year). Prices are shown at checkout; we may change prices with advance notice, and changes apply only to future billing periods.
• Plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime, and your access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and processes payments. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Use DashaHQ lawfully. Don’t scrape, resell, or republish readings; don’t interfere with the service; don’t misrepresent who you are.

Your data and your readings

You keep all rights in the birth data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it to compute your chart and produce your readings, as described in our Privacy Policy. Readings are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted access.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DashaHQ disclaims warranties beyond those stated here. The entertainment disclaimer linked above is part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DashaHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will notify you by email or on the site. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
